Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or relevant field.
• Minimum 6 years of Project Management experience.
• Strong working proficiency of Revit and CAD.
• Experience coordinating schedules, materials, and project logistics.
• Exceptional organizational and planning skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively across departments.
• Ability to anticipate problems and proactively develop solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from post-sale handoff through final delivery and project completion.
• Coordinate and lead meetings with clients to ensure alignment on project requirements and progress.
• Work closely with drafting teams to manage drawings and technical documentation.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
• Prepare and manage material lists required for project execution.
• Coordinate with Operations and Purchasing to procure required materials.
• Coordinate with the Logistics department to schedule deliveries to job sites.
• Collaborate with the technical department to resolve design or engineering questions.
• Oversee project execution and monitor progress to ensure alignment with schedule and scope.
• Anticipate potential scheduling issues and proactively resolve conflicts.
• Ensure field teams and foremen comply with safety standards and quality execution guidelines.
• Monitor project costs and support efforts to keep projects within budget.
• Collaborate with the Accounting team to manage project billing milestones and coordinate vendor payment schedules.
