Job summary

Inspired Construction Services LLC, based in Henderson, NV, seeks a Construction Claims Estimator (Insurance & High-End Residential) to bridge insurance claims and luxury reconstruction. On-site, full-time role with competitive base salary and bonuses.

You will produce high-accuracy estimates, review adjuster notes, and coordinate with vendors and homeowners to deliver premium results in the Las Vegas area.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in construction estimating (Insurance restoration experience is a major plus).
• Proficiency in Excel. Knowledge of Xactimate or Symbility is highly preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and insurance scopes accurately.
• Familiarity with Las Vegas/Henderson building codes and high-end construction standards.
• Strong communication to explain scopes to homeowners and adjusters.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-accuracy line-item estimates for insurance claims and high-end residential remodels.
• Review adjuster notes and insurance scopes to ensure all necessary repairs are included (Supplementing).
• Request and vet quotes from trusted vendor network for competitive pricing.
• Collaborate with homeowners, adjusters, and designers to move projects from loss to luxury.
• Use Xactimate and Excel to create detailed take-offs and digital project footprints.
