Role Overview

My Sister's Closet has been a trusted name in luxury consignment since 1991. We offer a curated selection of designer clothing, handbags, shoes, and accessories, providing consignors a way to earn extra cash and shoppers the opportunity to find high-end fashion at exceptional prices.

Our expansion includes Well Suited for Men, specializing in luxury men's clothing, shoes, and accessories, and My Sister's Attic, featuring fine furniture, home decor, and art. As our Team Lead, you will motivate team members to ensure an excellent customer experience and drive customer retention, working closely with the Store Manager and Team Manager to meet sales goals. Responsibilities also include training, coaching, and motivating team members to meet daily targets.

Position Details

This is a full-time position offering a competitive wage, potential commissions, and bonuses. Benefits include co-paid medical insurance, dental, vision, pet care, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation, and more for full-time employees.

Responsibilities
