Job summary

The World Residences at Sea seeks a Concierge Manager to lead the onboard Concierge team and own Resident/Guest destination programming, private travel, dining reservations, and transfers. You will collaborate with shoreside Destination Planning and onboard departments to deliver seamless, luxury experiences.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in luxury hospitality with 2+ years in a supervisory role, strong travel logistics skills, and proficiency in shipboard reservation systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in luxury hospitality, concierge, destination services, or guest relations.
• 2+ years supervisory/managerial experience in a similar setting.
• Experience serving high-net-worth clientele and coordinating complex, multi-region destination operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the onboard Concierge team to luxury/LQA standards.
• Oversee Destination Experiences, private transfers, shuttles, and port logistics.
• Coordinate with shoreside teams and external operators across time zones.
• Develop SOPs, budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Maintain current port knowledge and tailor individual guest services.
• Manage communications across Resident, Crew, and shoreside audiences.
