A luxury hotel in the United States is seeking a friendly Concierge to join our team. You will be the main contact for guests, assisting with inquiries, local recommendations, reservations, transportation, and smooth check-ins/outs.

Strong communication, local knowledge, and ability to multitask are essential. Previous customer service experience is welcome but not required.
