The Community Director oversees occupancy, leasing, resident satisfaction, and property presentation, emphasizing exceptional service, operational excellence, and attention to detail in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of property management in luxury multi-family properties.
• Proven occupancy of 95% or higher.
• Familiar with AppFolio and Fair Housing regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the community.
• Drive leasing performance through strategic marketing, tours, and closings.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and overall financial performance to meet company goals.
• Ensure safety, curb appeal, cleanliness, and presentation meet Cresten standards.
• Develop and maintain resident satisfaction and a high-quality resident experience.
