Job summary

Esplanade at Azario Lakewood Ranch in Bradenton, FL, is seeking a Full-Time Community Association Manager to lead the homeowner experience in a luxury, hospitality-focused community operated by Troon.

You will oversee budgets, vendor management, security, code enforcement, and communications with the Board, while maintaining records and ensuring compliance. Minimum two years’ community management experience; CMCA preferred; strong leadership, customer service, and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in a community setting.
• CMCA certification or pursuing it preferred.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Proficient with Outlook and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee vendors for landscaping and snow removal.
• Manage security access and Greeter’s Cottage operations.
• Enforce codes and inspect construction activities.
• Prepare budgets and assist with reserve studies.
• Coordinate Board communications and track minutes.
