The role demands professionalism, strong communication, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous luxury/private club experience is preferred, with a focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Bartending certification preferred.
• Food Safety Certification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in luxury or private club environment.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit strong beverage/wine knowledge and provide outstanding service.
• Stock the bar and complete pre-opening tasks.
• Arrange bottles/glasses for an attractive display.
• Prepare garnishes and pre-mixed drinks for service.
• Mix and serve drinks to members and guests.
• Follow safety and sanitation requirements.
• Maintain bar area and equipment.
• Know the Jonas system & daily club operations.
• Collect member name/number for drinks ordered.
• Know dinner and bar menus and serve from both.
• Follow state laws and club policies for alcohol service.
• Treat members, guests and staff with courtesy and professionalism.
• Assist other departments as needed.
