Louis Vuitton in Orlando is seeking a highly motivated Full Time Client Advisor with a passion for delivering memorable luxury experiences. As a Brand ambassador, you will tailor each client interaction to elevate the brand experience and build lasting relationships using our clienteling tools.

Reporting to the Team Manager, you will engage clients, learn product knowledge across categories, and collaborate with colleagues to maintain a dynamic store environment and achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience, preferably in luxury market.
• Strong sales mindset with the ability to achieve individual and team sales goals.
• Passion for building and maintaining meaningful relationships with a diverse client base.
• Willingness to learn and continuously improve personal and team performance.

Responsibilities

• Client Experience: Deliver an exceptional client experience by understanding and fulfilling clients' needs and preferences.
• Brand Ambassador: Represent the Louis Vuitton brand with passion and enthusiasm, ensuring that every client interaction reflects our values and commitment to excellence.
• Sales Achievement: Achieve individual and team objectives and sales goals through effective client engagement and relationship building.
• Product Knowledge: Learn and master Brand and product knowledge across all categories to provide informed and personalized advice to clients.
• Clienteling: Leverage clienteling tools to develop long-term relationships with clients, ensuring personalized follow-up and engagement.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive and dynamic store environment.
