Louis Vuitton Charlotte is seeking a highly motivated Client Advisor to provide unparalleled service and build lasting relationships with our luxury clientele in-store.

Reporting to the Team Manager, you will accentuate the Brand promise, master product knowledge across categories, and leverage clienteling tools to tailor experiences, drive sales, and collaborate with the team to maintain an exceptional store environment.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience, preferably in a high-end or luxury market.
• Strong customer-centric background.
• Strong strategic sales and commercial mindset.
• Willingness to learn and continuously improve personal and team performance.

Responsibilities

• Client Experience: Deliver an exceptional client experience by understanding and fulfilling clients' needs and preferences.
• Brand Ambassador: Represent the Louis Vuitton brand with passion and enthusiasm, ensuring that every client interaction reflects our values and commitment to excellence.
• Sales Achievement: Achieve individual and team objectives and sales goals through effective client engagement and relationship building.
• Product Knowledge: Learn and master Brand and product knowledge across all categories to provide informed and personalized advice to clients.
• Clienteling: Leverage clienteling tools to develop long-term relationships with clients, ensuring personalized follow-up and engagement.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive and dynamic store environment.
