Job summary

Giorgio Armani Corporation is seeking a Client Advisor to support merchandising and client relationship strategies on the sales floor. You will build a client base, drive store revenue, and shape the brand experience with product knowledge while delivering the highest level of service.

Ideal candidates will have retail experience, strong communication, and a flexible schedule to include holidays and weekends, with multilingual skills considered a strong asset.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills and demonstrated passion for teamwork.
• Proficiency using technical resources for client outreach (CRM, WeChat, etc.).
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail experience in a similar position is preferred.
• Multilingual skills are a strong asset.
