Job summary

Giorgio Armani Corporation is seeking a Client Advisor to assist in merchandising and client relationship strategies on the sales floor, developing a client base and driving store revenue while shaping the brand experience.

The ideal candidate will bring retail experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends, with a passion for luxury retail and client service.

Qualifications

• Preferred retail experience in a similar position.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills and demonstrated passion for working as a team
• Proficiency using technical resources for client outreach, such as CRM, WeChat, etc. preferred
• While not required, Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin or other language skills are considered a strong asset
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends
