Job summary

Giorgio Armani Corporation is seeking a Client Advisor to join our team in a luxury retail environment. You will execute merchandising and client relationship strategies, develop a client base, and help drive store revenue while shaping the brand experience.

As part of the team, you will share product knowledge and deliver the highest level of service with integrity and teamwork. Availability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills and demonstrated passion for working as a team.
• Proficiency using technical resources for client outreach, such as CRM, WeChat, etc. preferred.
• While not required, Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin or other language skills are considered a strong asset.

Responsibilities
