Job summary

Giorgio Armani Corporation is seeking a Client Advisor to join the team. On the sales floor you will execute merchandising and client relationship strategies, build a client base, drive store revenue and shape the brand experience through exceptional service.

Ideal candidates will have retail experience, excellent communication skills, familiarity with CRM/WeChat, and language skills are a plus. Flexible scheduling including holidays, nights and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in a similar position preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; teamwork focus.
• Experience with CRM and client outreach tools; WeChat preferred.
• Language skills (Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin, or others) are a strong asset.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends.
