Giorgio Armani Corporation is seeking a Client Advisor in Boston to execute merchandising and client relationship strategies on the sales floor, build a loyal client base, and drive store revenue. You will represent the brand with integrity, provide exceptional service, and share product knowledge to enhance the luxury shopping experience.

The role requires strong communication, team collaboration, and flexibility to work holidays, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Preferred retail experience in a similar position.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills and demonstrated passion for working as a team.
• Proficiency using technical resources for client outreach, such as CRM, WeChat, etc. preferred.
• Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin or other language skills are considered a strong asset (not required).
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.
