Job summary

Giorgio Armani Corporation is seeking a Client Advisor to assist in merchandising and client relationship strategies on the sales floor, building a growing client base and driving store revenue while shaping the brand experience.

You will work with integrity and a strong team mindset to deliver the highest level of service, leveraging product knowledge to enhance client experiences and ensure loyalty for the luxury brand.

Qualifications

• Preferred retail experience in a similar position.
• High School diploma/GED preferred.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills and demonstrated passion for working as a team.
• Proficiency using technical resources for client outreach, such as CRM, WeChat, etc. preferred.
• While not required, Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin or other language skills are considered a strong asset.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.
