Job summary

Giorgio Armani Corporation in Orlando seeks a Client Advisor to execute merchandising and client relationship strategies on the sales floor, building a client base and driving store revenue while shaping the brand experience. You will work with integrity and a team mindset to deliver exceptional service.

You will share product knowledge, act as a client advisor, and help convey the company's vision of Giorgio Armani.

Qualifications

• Preferred retail experience in a similar position
• High School diploma/GED preferred
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills and demonstrated passion for working as a team
• Proficiency using technical resources for client outreach, such as CRM, WeChat, etc. preferred
• While not required, Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin or other language skills are considered a strong asset
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of merchandising and client relationship strategies.
• Maintain daily presence on the sales floor to develop a client base and drive store revenue.
• Shape the brand experience and provide the highest level of service.
• Act as a client advisor, share product knowledge and represent the Giorgio Armani brand.
