Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar restaurant environment.
• Luxury hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow the sequence of service using established procedures.
• Take and deliver orders graciously and efficiently.
• Present full menu knowledge and preparation methods.
• Demonstrate knowledge of spirits, wines, and beverages.
• Clean and maintain equipment and supplies.
• Guide guests through their full dining experience.
• Collaborate with teammates and communicate with management.
