Responsibilities

• Fully understand the beverage/menu offerings.
• Deliver service with presentation and product knowledge.
• Follow standards for merchandising, stocking, and storing products.
• Handle guest orders from start to finish.
• Maintain flow of dishes and restock supplies.
• Operate POS system and perform cash handling.
• Manage designated stations with multitasking.
• Process guest checks and closing paperwork.
• Address guest complaints as needed.
