Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Cabinet Installer to handle the installation of cabinets in residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cabinet installation, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering superior results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install Cabinets: Measure, cut, and install cabinets according to specifications, ensuring a perfect fit and finish.
• Read Blueprints: Interpret and work from blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate installation.
• Prepare Work Area: Set up and maintain a clean and safe work area, including the use of protective coverings and equipment.
• Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, addressing any concerns or adjustments as required.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect finished work to ensure it meets company standards and client expectations, making any necessary adjustments or repairs.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of [X] years of experience in cabinet installation or a related field.
• Skills: Proficiency in using hand and power tools, understanding of cabinetry techniques, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve installation issues.

SALARY & BENEFITS

Full time Monday thru Friday company employee position

Earn $50k to $65k per year
