Village Handcrafted Cabinetry in Lansdale, PA is seeking a skilled cabinet installer to join our fast-paced, on-site team. You will install custom cabinetry, read blueprints, ensure precise fit, and collaborate with project managers, designers, and clients to deliver beautiful spaces.

The ideal candidate has cabinetry installation experience, proficient tool use, ability to read drawings, and a strong eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Install custom cabinetry (kitchen, bath, built‑ins) per plans.
• Ensure installations meet high quality, accuracy, and craftsmanship.
• Read blueprints to determine installation procedures.
• Measure and mark surfaces, ensure cabinetry is level and secure.
• Trim and adjust cabinetry on‑site for a perfect fit.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and clients.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and store tools properly.

• Perform final inspections to meet customer expectations.

What You’ll Do

• Install custom cabinetry, including kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, built‑ins, and other millwork, according to project specifications and design plans.
• Ensure all installations meet the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and craftsmanship.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine proper installation procedures.
• Measure and mark installation surfaces, ensuring that all cabinetry is level, plumb, and securely fastened.
• Trim, adjust, and modify cabinetry on‑site as needed to ensure a perfect fit.
• Work closely with project managers, designers, and clients to address any concerns or adjustments during installation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that all tools and materials are properly stored and cared for.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and ensuring their satisfaction with the installation process.
