Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum two years of customer service or related experience typically required.
• Previous guest service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to speak English fluently.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn and utilize Microsoft Office and HOST programs.
• Willingness to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and split shifts based on operational needs.
• Ability to perform the physical demands associated with maintaining service areas, handling hospitality equipment, and supporting daily operational functions.

Responsibilities

• Create organized service environment by washing, sanitizing, and preparing glassware and service pieces.
• Preserve luxury standards through careful handling and organization of items.
• Support butler service, in-room dining, and housekeeping with tray setup and supplies replenishment.
• Maintain clean back-of-house spaces and manage waste disposal.
• Protect assets by reducing breakage and proper handling of hospitality equipment.
• Collaborate with department leaders to support cleanliness initiatives and operational priorities.
• Organize and store incoming coffee service orders and inventories.
• Take on additional responsibilities to uphold service excellence.
