Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in luxury Ready to Wear Evening/Bridal garments.
• Excellent interpersonal skills supporting a high-performance team.
• Build relationships with cross-functional partners, especially sewing operators.
• Follow processes to complete workload efficiently and on time.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Capable of pattern creation and grading for bridal/evening sizing.

Responsibilities

• Drape and draft production patterns from the original model.
• Participate in fittings with Design and Pre-Production.
• Update patterns during live model fits for design changes or fit issues.
• Identify potential production issues and recommend solutions.
