Job summary

Gabriella White, LLC seeks a skilled Graphic Designer on-site in Pelham, AL, to shape the Gabriella White story across campaigns, catalogs, and assets. You will determine artistic direction, ensure brand cohesion, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver polished designs that reflect luxury branding.

You bring 5+ years in Adobe Creative Suite, strong layout skills, and fluency with Canva, Miro, Shopify, and Notion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field.
• Five or more years experience using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficiency with Canva, Miro, and Shopify.
• Familiarity with Notion for collaboration and project management.
• Extensive knowledge of luxury brands and current design trends.
• Ability to give and receive constructive creative feedback within a team.
• Experience managing full catalog print processes from design to packaging and press checks.
• Strong layout, typography, and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Develops and pitches new brand concepts for marketing campaigns, selecting artistic direction and articulating the creative vision to the team.
• Leads creative audits that elevate brand innovation and reinforce a unified company voice.
• Manages catalog planning and production, gathering materials and content to keep catalogs on budget and on schedule.
• Prepares creative materials for use at industry markets.
• Supports advertising, web design, catalog, collateral, and campaign work across Retail, Wholesale, and Contract graphic design requests.
• Partners with brand team members to align execution with the department marketing calendar and project management tools.
• Creates materials that advance shared marketing and brand department goals.
• Evaluates the effectiveness of marketing methods against stated objectives.
• Upholds Gabriella White's graphic and brand standards across Gabby and Summer Classics, collaborating with the brand team on new opportunities.
