Job summary

CXG is seeking individuals to act as luxury brand evaluators, traveling to stores or evaluating online experiences to assess service and ambiance. You’ll provide structured feedback, helping premium brands refine their customer journeys.

The role offers flexible missions and the chance to work with world-renowned brands from home or on-site visits. Evaluators are compensated for time and input, with purchase reimbursements possible.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old (21+ in the United States).
• Current customer of premium and luxury brands.
• Not under contract with any retail brands to ensure impartiality.
• Punctual, organized, detail-oriented and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Choose assignments aligned with preferences and profile.
• Visit luxury stores or evaluate online and engage with sales teams.
• Observe ambiance, service quality and overall customer experience.
• Provide honest feedback via questionnaires on the platform.
