• Not currently under contract with any retail brands to ensure impartiality.
• Punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• Observant and passionate about customer experience.
• No prior experience is required; we value honest feedback from genuine customers.

Responsibilities

• Choose assignments aligned with personal preferences and profile.
• Visit luxury stores or evaluate online, engaging with sales associates or online from home.
• Observe ambiance, service quality, and overall customer experience.
• Provide honest feedback through our platform via questionnaires.
