Job summary

Richemont’s Cartier/Van Cleef boutique is seeking a dedicated Ambassador to deliver an exceptional client experience and drive sales. You will engage clients, greet customers, and maintain product knowledge while supporting daily boutique operations across touchpoints.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in luxury retail, a college degree preferred, and the ability to work weekends with travel for trainings and events, all while upholding Cartier’s brand standards and image.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in luxury retail or equivalent.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced boutique environment.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
• Provide outstanding client experience across all touchpoints and maintain product knowledge.
• Support daily boutique operations, set up/breakdown, displays, and inventory processes.
• Cultivate new and existing client relationships through CRM initiatives.
• Capture and manage client data for follow-up and events.
