Job summary

CHANEL in Beverly Hills is seeking an Inventory Specialist to manage the flow of goods in the boutique, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely availability for clients.

You will process received stock, organize inventory, and assist with outbound shipments while supporting a seamless client experience. The role reports to the Inventory Supervisor and Operations Manager and requires flexibility to work late evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related inventory or retail experience.
• High School Diploma required.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including late nights, weekends & some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Process received stock and record into the system.
• Organize and maintain stock to Chanel standards.
• Prepare and ship outbound shipments.
• Assist with stock cycle counts and annual inventory.
• Support a seamless client experience through accurate inventory flow.
