Job summary

Bloomingdale’s is seeking a Service Associate, Full Time at our 59th Street location in New York. The role centers on delivering an easy, fun shopping experience by greeting customers, assisting with Buy Online Pick-up in Store (BOPS), handling returns, and guiding visitors with store information.

Ideal candidates show strong interpersonal skills, are flexible with retail hours, and can work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates with a High School Diploma or equivalent are encouraged to apply.
• No experience required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers.
• Resourceful and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Resourceful self-starter, works well independently as well as part of a team, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.
