Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Luxury Beauty Advisor in San Jose, CA to maximize sales of Luxury brands while engaging guests to determine their needs and deliver an exceptional in-store experience.

The role includes makeup applications, product demonstrations, and events that showcase exclusive brands. You will support the Experience Manager with sales goals, guest service, and brand education to elevate the customer journey.

Qualifications

• Cosmetics artistry experience preferred.
• High school diploma preferred; cosmetology license where required by state law.
• Strong sales, guest service, and communication skills; able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests in selecting luxury brand products and perform makeup applications.
• Drive sales through product demonstrations and in-store events.
• Maintain cleanliness and replenishment of the Luxury brand area and ensure testers meet hygiene standards.
• Build guest loyalty by following up and capturing data for future visits and services.
