Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, recommending products based on customers' beauty goals
• Collaborate with team to create a welcoming environment for all customers
• Set and achieve sales goals in-store and via digital channels using selling tools
• Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services
• Maintain department readiness through organization and cleanliness
• Keep up with beauty trends and brand knowledge through trainings
• Manage sales, refunds, exchanges, and build customer loyalty through Nordstrom Rewards accounts
