Job summary

Exemplar Luxury Group, the parent of Neiman Marcus, seeks a Selling Advisor in San Diego to cultivate client relationships through elevated service and personal engagement, serving in-store and digitally via the latest technologies. Onsite role reporting to the Sales Manager.

You will discuss fashion and trends with authority, manage omni-channel selling, and aim to meet personal sales and wardrobing goals while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in fashion retail and styling.
• Commission-based sales experience.
• Experience selling via digital tools and technology.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a customer-centric mentality.
• Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge, improve sales through Technology and Wardrobing.
• Understand how to showcase product differently based on if a client is remote or in-person.
• Utilize selling tools and digital store technology to sell, use omni-channel and fleetwide inventory.
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing goals.
• Strategize own business to increase individual productivity through wardrobing, successful outreach and technology usage.
• Utilize digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide intentional traffic.
• Create a positive work environment through collaboration.
