Job summary
International Shoppes, a premier travel retail company, seeks a Beauty Advisor for JFK Airport. You will sell cosmetics, skincare, and fragrances while delivering exceptional service to travelers at a fast-paced terminal. Base pay with commission and opportunities for growth are offered.
Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in customer service or selling cosmetics, a high school diploma, and a passion for premium brands. Travel and a passport are required for vendor trainings and assignments.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Proven selling experience in cosmetics, skincare, and fragrances.
- At least 1 year in customer service or selling roles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bi-lingual in Mandarin, Spanish, Korean, or Arabic is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and assess their needs to recommend products.
- Assist customers in finding merchandise and cross-sell additional items.
- Deliver premium customer service to achieve sales goals.
- Serve as the brand expert on makeup, skincare, and fragrance.
- Demonstrate products and explain benefits to clients.
- Support merchandising, stock, and promotions; maintain testers' cleanliness.
