Qualifications
- Experience in luxury beauty or prestige cosmetics preferred.
- Passion for skincare, makeup, fragrance, and wellness.
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities
- Build genuine, lasting relationships with each client.
- Recommend personalized skincare, makeup, fragrance, and wellness routines.
- Perform luxury product demonstrations with high hygiene standards.
- Schedule and manage appointments and invite clients to in-store events.
- Drive client loyalty through follow-ups and clienteling.
- Support merchandising, inventory, and daily boutique operations.
- Collaborate with team to exceed sales goals.
