Job summary

Auberge Collection is seeking a Bartender to join its luxurious Austin venue. You will be the heartbeat of the bar, curating meaningful moments for guests with thoughtful cocktails and attentive service. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining standards and ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience.

You’ll need beverage knowledge across spirits, beer and wine, and the flexibility to work weekends and holidays. Previous luxury hospitality experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• One year experience in the foodservice/hospitality industry as a Bartender preferred.
• Good knowledge of spirits, beer, and wine. Luxury hospitality experience preferred.
• Must be of minimum age to serve alcohol.
• Professional appearance and able to work in a fast-paced team.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, per department needs.

Responsibilities

• Assisting guests in beverage and drink preparation, servicing the bar area and the restaurant efficiently.
• Relate with guests about needs and satisfaction, ensuring high-quality service.
• Be knowledgeable about menu drinks and standard drinks to assist guest selections.
• Comply with Forbes standards in the Bar and Restaurant outlets.
• Contribute to improving F&B sales by knowing drinks, cocktails, spirits, specials and prices.
• Take and input orders accurately into the Micros system, ensuring correct timing and billing.
