Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is seeking a Barista to join Desert Orchid. You will craft exceptional coffee and beverages while delivering warm, personalized service reflecting our commitment to excellence.

You will greet guests, upsell offerings, maintain cleanliness, and support smooth shop operations in a fast-paced luxury environment. The role requires prior barista experience and a passion for hospitality, with consistent, high-quality guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Barista experience in a luxury hospitality or high-volume environment.
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation methods and espresso equipment.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and cleanliness.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages and light food items.
• Handle POS transactions accurately and provide correct change.
• Deliver warm, personalized service to guests throughout the day.
• Maintain coffee shop operations by stocking and organizing supplies.
• Follow health, safety, and hotel standards.
