Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience in F&B operations.
• Strong knowledge of food service operations, wine and luxury guest expectations.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a diverse F&B team.
• Financial acumen with budgeting, labor management and cost-control experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all staff levels.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food and beverage operations across lobby bars, pool outlets and IRD.
• Lead, mentor, and train team to Forbes Travel Guide standards.
• Collaborate with culinary and beverage teams on menus reflecting Napa Valley influences.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation and alcohol service regulations.
• Manage ordering, inventory and cost control to meet financial goals.
• Create staff schedules and maintain proper staffing levels.
• Conduct service audits and training on wine knowledge, mixology and pairings.
• Address guest concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Work with F&B leadership on events, promotions and seasonal offerings.
• Maintain highest standards of cleanliness, organization and safety.
