Job summary

Grubbs Wichita Falls is seeking an Automotive Technician to diagnose and repair luxury vehicles, using manufacturer procedures and advanced diagnostic tools. You will perform pre-delivery inspections and routine maintenance, while upholding dealership quality standards.

We offer up to $3,500 sign-on bonus or relocation assistance, paid training, competitive pay ($20.00 - $55.00 per flat-rate hour), weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, a 401(k) match, PTO and pet insurance, and a supportive team

Qualifications

• Must have strong mechanical skills and diagnostic ability.
• Experience in dealership or high-volume shop (luxury brand experience preferred).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• ASE certification preferred, or willingness to obtain.

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately diagnose vehicle issues using experience, tools, and [add BRAND] manufacturer procedures

• Perform routine maintenance, service repairs, and inspections

• Conduct pre-delivery vehicle inspections to ensure customer-ready quality

• Maintain clean and safe workspaces and adhere to shop standards

• Complete accurate service documentation and comply with all regulations

• Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers

• Support overall shop efficiency through inventory, organization, and teamwork

• Attend required training and service meetings

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (Associate/Bachelor's preferred)

• Minimum 1 year of dealership or high-volume shop experience (luxury brand experience preferred)

• ASE certification preferred, or willingness to obtain

• Strong mechanical skills and diagnostic ability

• Valid driver's license with clean record

• Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Professional appearance and strong work ethic

• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, and work in various conditions
