Position Overview

As an Automotive Technician at Grubbs [BRAND], you will:

• Diagnose and repair [BRAND] and luxury vehicles using manufacturer procedures and advanced diagnostic tools.
• Perform pre-delivery inspections to ensure new vehicles meet dealership quality standards.
• Conduct routine maintenance, including oil changes, brake service, and inspections.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and a safe, organized work environment.
• Provide accurate service recommendations to customers.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with the latest automotive technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately diagnose vehicle issues using experience, tools, and [add BRAND] manufacturer procedures.
• Perform routine maintenance, service repairs, and inspections.
• Conduct pre-delivery vehicle inspections to ensure customer-ready quality.
• Maintain clean and safe workspaces and adhere to shop standards.
• Complete accurate service documentation and comply with all regulations.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers.
• Support overall shop efficiency through inventory, organization, and teamwork.
• Attend required training and service meetings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (Associate/Bachelor’s preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of dealership or high-volume shop experience (luxury brand experience preferred).
• ASE certification preferred, or willingness to obtain.
• Strong mechanical skills and diagnostic ability.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, and work in various conditions.
