Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and computing skills.
• Must be 18+, valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Receive and follow repair orders as dispatched.
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles to BMW Center standards.
• Provide labor, time, and parts estimates.
• Perform diagnostics and troubleshoot systems (engine, brakes, suspension, A/C).
• Ensure quality control and complete documentation.
• Maintain organized workspace and proper tool accountability.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors and Parts to ensure workflow.
• Participate in ongoing BMW training to stay updated.
