Rallye Motor Company on Long Island is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join Rallye Lexus. The ideal candidate will drive service sales, build lasting customer relationships, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely, high‑quality repairs.

Qualifications

• Previous Service Advisor experience required.
• Lexus/Toyota Service Advisor experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal/written communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish ongoing consulting relationships with customers by being available during business hours to answer questions, explain additional repairs needed, and make arrangements for subsequent service reservations.
• Promote the sales of appropriate services, parts, and accessories by accurately identifying the customer's service needs and by thoroughly understanding the Lexus product and service lines.
• Record customer service needs and vehicle information on the repair order, obtain initial estimate signatures, and verify customer location before work starts.
• Identify vehicle damages on check‑in sheets and assist in inspecting vehicles to minimize comebacks from improper repair orders.
• Coordinate with Service Manager, Shop Dispatcher, Shop Foreman, and other personnel to communicate repair work and determine time of completion.
• Advise customers of delivery timing and any additional repairs; ensure vehicle delivery when work is completed.
• Balance workload and distribute repair orders fairly based on technician skills.
• Maintain the customer follow‑up system following Lexus guidelines.
