GRUBBS Family of Dealerships in Wichita Falls is seeking a self-motivated Automotive Sales Consultant for our BMW dealership. The role centers on high-volume sales, building lasting customer relationships, and upholding Grubbs’ standards with every deal.

Learn dealership processes, stay informed on vehicles, and collaborate with the F&I team to finalize transactions. Features a weekly pay structure with a 60-day starting guarantee of $6k.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in automotive sales (preferred).
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with a results-driven mindset.
• Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on needs.
• Build and maintain customer relationships before, during and after sale.
• Prospect for new business and follow up on leads.
• Present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits.
• Close deals, negotiate price, and explain financing options.
• Coordinate with Finance & Insurance to complete deals.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
• Maintain product knowledge and market awareness.
• Complete reports and documentation accurately.
