Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive technician experience with strong diagnostic and repair capabilities.
• Experience in a dealership environment preferred.
• Ability to diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, drivability, and performance issues.
• Experience with OEM diagnostic tools and repair procedures; Land Rover/Jaguar exposure valued.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance per dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose complex issues using OEM diagnostic equipment and repair procedures.
• Determine root causes and implement effective repair solutions.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to service advisors and customers.
• Road test and inspect vehicle performance after repairs.
