Job summary

Westport One partners with a premier development firm delivering $400M+ luxury, concrete-infrastructure assets across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic. An Architectural Project Manager will own the intersection of design, development, and construction for multi-generational, high-end communities.

You will coordinate architects, interior designers, senior developers, and general contractors, directing top talent and safeguarding quality and budget.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in an architectural firm or owner-side development group managing complex, large-scale projects.
• Experience with commercial, healthcare, hotel, or high-end residential is a major plus.
• Ability to see the big picture and navigate entitlements.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Vision: Lead architectural design and pre-construction workstreams from concept through construction documentation.
• Manage Top Talent: Select, negotiate, and direct external architectural and engineering consultants.
• Protect Quality & Budget: Review design phases to ensure constructability, elegance, and financial alignment.
