Qualifications

• General maintenance experience or willingness to train
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and inspections
• Strong communication with residents and team

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive maintenance and respond to resident requests
• Turn units and perform preventative maintenance across the community
• Keep common areas and equipment in safe, working order
• Maintain inventory of parts and tools and complete safety checks
• Support on-call requirements and after-hours emergencies as needed
• Work solo on smaller communities or in teams on larger communities
