RHO Residential is seeking a Leasing Specialist in New Jersey to act as the property's sales representative and frontline customer service contact. You will greet prospects, present community amenities professionally, and secure leases from qualified applicants.

You will foster a welcoming environment to help residents feel at home. Responsibilities also include coordinating with the management team to implement sales strategies, maintain occupancy targets, and manage lease paperwork accurately

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; read/write English fluently.
• Ability to perform basic to intermediate mathematical functions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and proven sales capability.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments and aggressively sell the property's offerings to qualified prospects.
• Greet prospects, conduct site tours, and secure lease agreements.
• Develop sales and marketing strategies to maximize occupancy and renewals.
• Prepare lease paperwork accurately and explain documents to residents.
• Maintain leasing data and assist with monthly closing requirements.
• Coordinate with on-site staff to ensure units are ready for move-in.
