Job summary

Simpson Housing is seeking a Leasing Consultant for a premier Class A 114-unit mid-rise community in Denver, CO. The role focuses on touring the property, presenting it compellingly to prospective residents, and guiding applicants through the leasing process.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in multifamily real estate or related fields, strong customer service skills, and proficiency with MS Office. Prior hospitality experience is a plus, with a team-driven, service-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in multifamily real estate, retail sales, hotel/hospitality, or customer service.
• Previous leasing experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong customer service orientation and presentation skills are necessary.
• Working experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and related software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Touring and presenting the community in a compelling way and assisting prospective residents with finding the right apartment home.
• Managing the leasing/renewal process from start to finish.
• Keeping an eye on local market trends and updating property comparables.
• Inspecting vacant apartment homes to ensure they are ready for move-in.
• Planning and coordinating resident functions throughout the year.
• Building strong relationships with residents by delivering outstanding service.
