Job summary

Neiman Marcus is seeking a skilled Tailor to perform alterations, resizing and restyling of luxury apparel across our stores. You will assist fitters to achieve precise fit, maintain structural quality, and uphold Neiman Marcus standards in all garment work.

Experience in tailoring or industrial sewing is preferred. You will operate sewing equipment, self-inspect your work and complete tasks assigned by Supervisors, with a focus on quality and efficiency in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in tailoring operations or industrial sewing.
• Ability to read and understand English instructions from Supervisors.
• Basic arithmetic for measurements and alterations.

Responsibilities

• Alter garments to Neiman Marcus quality standards; ensure fit and construction.
• Assist fitters with fit, alterability and fabric handling.
• Operate and maintain sewing equipment; self-inspect completed work.
