Job summary

The 1916 Company is seeking a Customer Service Representative for after-sales operations in Scottsdale, AZ. This role is full-time and in-person.

You will serve as the liaison between clients, sales teams, jewelers, and vendors; manage service tickets, estimates, and pickup dates; and ensure precise, professional communication to protect precious items.

The ideal candidate has luxury retail or watch service experience, strong multitasking, and excellent written and spoken communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in luxury retail or related luxury service field.
• Strong multitasking ability while maintaining high client service quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with POS, Salesforce or Netsuite a plus.
• Availability for retail hours including weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between clients, sales associates, jewelers, watchmakers, and vendor partners.
• Write up service items; verify gemstones, confirm watch brands/styles, and document condition.
• Create repair tickets, estimates, and schedule pick-ups in the POS system.
• Explain pricing, timelines, and shipping charges to clients clearly.
• Provide status updates and notify clients of delays.
• Coordinate with vendors and relay estimates to clients.
• Prepare, package, and ship items to vendors for external services.
• Perform basic services such as jewelry cleaning and watch adjustments.
• Complete quality control on repairs prior to notification.
• Document pricing and finalize items for pickup.
• Listen to client concerns and escalate when needed.
