Hilton’s Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills is seeking a Turndown Attendant to join the Housekeeping team at this luxurious property. The role involves performing turndown services, maintaining spotless guest rooms, and promptly responding to guest requests to enhance the guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide turndown service: perform turndown duties, including adjusting bed covers, fulfilling guest preferences, replenishing amenities, linens, and supplies
• Keep guest rooms spotless: clean and tidy assigned rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and emptying trash
• Delight our guests: respond to guest requests promptly and courteously
• Support housekeeping operations: assist with other housekeeping tasks as needed
